As the owners of, We Care South Florida Property Management, we understand the level of trust it takes to allow someone to take care of your home. Therefore, we are an open book and happy to meet you in person, through video chat, or over the telephone to answer any questions you may have. We are a home watch service. We provide maintenance services, arrange repairs, storm checks, smoke and CO alarms, inspect windows and doors, run sprinkler, perimeter checks, handyman services, locksmith service, electrical checks, preparation shopping and vehicle checks just to name a few.
Many things can happen when you are away from your home. While we hope for the best, Florida can have some severe weather. With environmental systems, pluming, and electrical problems that can happen, it is important to have someone looking after your home. Problems like these can go on for months unless someone is checking in. Our goal is to proved peace of mind when you are away. We are registered, bonded, insured. As the proud owners of, We Care South Florida Property Management, we pride ourselves on being family run and operated. This means, you will always be able to contact and speak with one of us directly.

Here is a little about us. We have been married for five years. Originally from Miami I, Aliza, grew up on South Florida’s sunny beaches. I attended The University of Florida where I earned my master’s degree. I have spent the last few years in the corporate world and building our family business.  After serving three years in the military, Miki became a licensed locksmith and Safe cracker. Both skills he is able to utilize when taking care of properties.  Miki and I were married a year after we met and have made family and our business our top priority.
Through experience, professionalism, and accuracy, our goal is to make you feel as comfortable with us watching your home as possible. Let our family take care of your home.
